Shipping & Returns
All deliveries to the UK are absolutely free, we send our deliveries 1st Class and it should take circa 2-3 days to arrive with you. Shipments to the Europe, World Zone 1 and World Zone 2 vary in price according to your order, specific prices are calculated at checkout. Deliveries to the Europe will arrive with you in around 3-6 working days, deliveries to other countries will take around 7-8 working days.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Smoking Jacket. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product and get a full refund. Please be aware that Smoking Jacket is not responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is proven to be faulty. Please email us at email@example.com and notify us as soon as you’d like to return. Items must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by their original packaging. Items that are returned with signs of being used or delivered to our returns department outside the 14 day window will be sent back to the original address. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. Make sure your name/order # is in the package. If the return is approved we will re-credit the price paid for the products to the original payment method.
International returns can return their order to us using a courier of their choice. The cost of international returns are at the sole discretion of the customer. Smoking Jacket is not responsible for duty reimbursements.
You may cancel an order before shipment, to do so please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item (s) back from you. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation.
We advise sending your items back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts which may be applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit or debit card payment or other methods of payment in accordance with your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product you should contact us immediately at email@example.com. We offer free product return if the product is deemed faulty. The product will be inspected by a member of our team upon return and, if confirmed, the buyer will receive a full refund.
In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Taxes and duties
If your order is being shipped to Australia, Canada, Japan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, USA, Qatar and other countries that are outside of the EU then you may need to pay customs duty and other import taxes and duty charges in order to receive your Smoking Jacket online order. The shipping company will contact you by phone to let you know that your order is being held at your country’s customs centre and that you’ll need to make a payment to the local authorities. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. Paying any customs duty, import taxes and duty charges are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then Smoking Jacket have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this.
